A 24-year-old El Cajon man was arrested by police Friday on suspicion of two counts of attempted murder and one count of arson to an inhabited dwelling.
Linart Shelmon Yousif is suspected of setting afire a mobile home in the 100 block of South Anza on March 7, occupied by his cousin, Janet Corbett, and her husband, Edward Corbett.
The couple discovered the fire and extinguished it themselves.
El Cajon Police Department spokesman Richard Rouleau said the incident was apparently prompted by a family dispute.
