Nationwide Health to Buy 60-Bed Hospital: Newport Beach-based Nationwide Health Properties Inc., a real estate investment trust, said it has agreed to buy a 60-bed rehabilitation hospital in Tucson, Ariz., for not more than $10.7 million. Nationwide Health said the acquisition is expected to be completed in April, 1992, after the facility is built. Nationwide will lease the hospital to Continental Medical Systems Inc., which will operate it under a 10-year agreement.
