On Their Toes: There will be 100 special guests at tonight’s performance by the American Ballet Theatre at the Orange County Performing Arts Center. One hundred spouses of military personnel still in the Persian Gulf have been invited to a champagne reception and the West Coast premiere of ABT’s “Coppelia.” “We wanted to do something extra special for those who are celebrating the war’s end, but are still waiting for their spouses to return,” said Kathryn Thompson, a vice chairman of the center’s board.
