New Headquarters: A small Mission Viejo software marketing firm will move its headquarters to Brussels in August to expand its American clients’ services in the European market.

The company, Foresight Marketing, said that none of its four employees will be fired and that it will maintain its U.S. operations as a branch. It plans to hire up to 20 technical support and marketing staff in the new office by the end of 1992.

Its president, Bill Riley, will move to Brussels and represent five U.S. software developers, including Spider Island Software in Irvine and Dariana Technology Group Inc. in Buena Park.

“We’re moving there because we foresee an increasing demand among European customers for technical and marketing support for the software they purchase from U.S. vendors,†Riley said.

The office in Brussels will localize and translate the software into several European languages and provide after-sales support for its U.S. clients, he said.
