Color Scheme: In their first effort for the Orange County Century 21 operation, partners Arthur Barrett and Richard C. Doyle are trumpeting a chain-wide revamping of the familiar corporate logo and gold-and-brown color scheme.
Seems Century 21 has decided to underscore a renewed commitment to customer service by using a “lighter, softer shade of gold” for the familiar Century 21 blazer worn by agents. In addition, black will replace brown as the second color in the corporate logo and on Century 21 signs.
All Century 21 agents also will be attending refresher courses in customer service and a new “Seller Service Pledge” that spells out exactly what the real estate agents will do for their clients will soon be part of every listing agreement.
Customer service is the new byword in real estate as the major brokerages vie for position in what, despite some signs of improvement, remains a slow market.
