In Division III-A:
Costa Mesa 75, Yucca Valley 50--Olivia DiCamilli’s 36 points led Costa Mesa (18-7) at Yucca Valley. Dee Sallee had 26 for Yucca Valley (15-8).
Rancho Alamitos 73, Rosary 54--Rosary led, 15-10, after one quarter but Rancho Alamitos outscored Rosary, 28-17, in the second quarter to take control of the game. Shannon James scored 16 points, Anita Stecker scored 14 and Melinda Lira scored 10 for Rancho Alamitos (26-0). Wendy Herb scored 10 points and Natalie Schiavone scored 14 for host Rosary (15-7).
In Division IV-A:
Western Christian 44, Orange Lutheran 36--After trailing by as much as nine points, Orange Lutheran cut the lead to 40-36 with two minutes left in the game at Covina High School. But Orange Lutheran (11-10) then missed the front ends of two consecutive one-and-one opportunities and couldn’t get any closer.
