The First Cut Is the Deepest: Fashion model Kelly Emberg filed a $25 million palimony suit Friday against rocker Rod Stewart, claiming his promises of love and commitment were made solely for his career aggrandizement. The two met in 1983 and lived together from 1985 until July, 1990. They have a 3-year-old daughter, Ruby. Emberg contends that she is owed half of Stewart’s assets, including a home in the Holmby Hills section of Los Angeles. The 46-year-old Stewart’s latest marriage is to model Rachel Hunter, 22.
