In the Angelus League:
Santa Margarita 1, St. John Bosco 0--Jerome Pierce scored midway through the first half for visiting Santa Margarita (12-8-1, 6-3).
In the Century League:
El Modena 2, Canyon 1--Jason Martinez scored and Steve Weiser added the tie-breaking goal with 16 minutes remaining for visiting El Modena (11-1-3, 6-1-2). Brian Andres scored on a penalty kick 12 minutes into the game for Canyon.
Villa Park 1, Santa Ana Valley 0--Justin Carrick scored with 10 minutes left for visiting Villa Park (2-18, 2-7).
Foothill 1, Orange 0--Eric Fukuda scored 10 minutes into the second half for Foothill (5-0-4 in league). Orange (7-1-1) remains in first place, a point ahead of Foothill and El Modena.
In the Freeway League:
Sunny Hills 3, Sonora 0--Matt Marino, Eric Smith and Greg Schank each scored for visiting Sunny Hills (14-4, 8-1).
In the Orange League:
Brea-Olinda 2, Valencia 2--Yuli Perez scored the tying goal in the 63rd minute for Valencia (8-9-4, 5-2-2), which trailed at halftime, 2-0. Martin Wall and Mike Brunet scored in the first half for Brea (10-7-4, 6-1-2).
Magnolia 1, Western 0--Enrique Rodriguez scored late in the first half on a penalty kick for visiting Magnolia (3-11-2, 1-6-2).
In the Pacific Coast League:
Century 7, Laguna Beach 0--Adolfo Aguilar scored twice for host Century (5-10-3, 2-6-1).
Laguna Hills 2, Costa Mesa 1--Julio Montes scored the winning goal in the 24th minute for visiting Laguna Hills (12-5-5, 5-0-4).
Estancia 1, Trabuco Hills 0--Sergio Suarez scored midway through the first half for visiting Estancia (10-4-6, 5-0-4).
In the South Coast League:
Mission Viejo 4, Dana Hills 0--Doug Roverson scored twice and Frank Pace and Joe Christie each scored once for host Mission Viejo (17-5-1, 8-1).
San Clemente 2, El Toro 1--Brett Roelen scored the tying goal 12 minutes into the second half and Gus Garcia scored with five minutes remaining for host San Clemente (6-9-4, 4-4-1).
