Estancia’s Brooks Commits to Hawaii

Brandi Brooks of Estancia High School has orally committed to play volleyball at the University of Hawaii next season.

Brooks, a member of The Times’ Orange County Edition first team, turned down offers from USC and Ohio State. She will study business at Hawaii.
