Campeau Corp., Toronto, has appointed Stanley H. Hartt a director and chairman. Hartt succeeds Robert Despres, who was appointed interim chairman Aug. 10. Despres continues to serve as a director. Hartt was appointed chief executive and president Nov. 9.
