According to the latest assessment, the value of property in the state of California has reached almost $1.6 trillion, and 10% of it is in Orange County. The county’s $158.5 billion worth of property has increased 11.6% during the last year, in line with the statewide change but somewhat less than the five-county urban Southern California area.
