Pioneer Bancorp: The parent company of Pioneer Bank in Fullerton said net income for the third quarter rose 13% to $758,000 from $673,000 for the year-earlier period. Revenue increased 39% to $6.1 million from $4.4 million. For the first nine months of 1990, net income declined 10% to $1.9 million from $2.1 million a year earlier. Revenue rose 30% to $16.6 million from $12.8 million. Total assets as of Sept. 30 were $202.1 million, up 34% from the $151.3 million reported last year.
