* David M. Lloyd has resigned as chief executive and a director of Diodes Inc., a Chatsworth maker of electronic components.
Lloyd had been chief executive since 1984. His resignation came four months after Silitek Corp., a Taiwan semiconductor maker, acquired 42% of Diodes’ voting stock and added two executives to Diodes’ five-member board of directors.
One of the new directors was Thomas Hurley, who is chairman of the board and president of a Silitek subsidiary. Hurley now will also take over Lloyd’s functions until Diodes finds a successor.
