Farrell’s Vote on Smoking Ban in Restaurants
Smoking or not smoking is not the issue. The issue is how far will Councilman Marvin Braude be allowed to infringe on my constitutional rights to make choices?
Let him take his business to an establishment that suits his choice and I will take mine where I am welcome; but, do not force the service provider to segregate against me.
