Kharey Wise stood up and faced two of his alleged victims, both men, in state Supreme Court in Manhattan but neither witness was able to identify him as part of the teen-age gang that attacked joggers and cyclists in Central Park. Both Wise, 18, and co-defendant Kevin Richardson, 16, are accused of being among those who attacked nine victims during the rampage, including a woman jogger who was raped and beaten April 19, 1989.
