Frost Talks With Bigwigs: Also set to air on PBS is a new series featuring veteran interviewer David Frost. Frost will interview President George Bush and Barbara Bush in a special upcoming on “ . . . Talking With David Frost,� a series premiering in January. The series of six monthly specials will include hourlong interviews at home and on location with figures in politics, the arts and science. Others slated to be profiled are Robin Williams and British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher. “An hourlong interview gives you some emotional elbow-room,� Frost said. “Obviously, your technique is different if you’re talking to Saddam Hussein than if you’re interviewing Julie Andrews.�
