Look Who’s Talking Now: A 3-year-old boy wonder from Kansas who wowed audiences in recent network television interviews is set for his acting debut. The boy, Seth Kinast, will begin rehearsals Friday for a segment of “Baby Talk,” the comedy based on the movie “Look Who’s Talking,” scheduled to debut on ABC in November. He’ll play a student at a school for young geniuses. The 3-year-old’s reading skills and his abilities to recite the Greek alphabet and the English alphabet forward and backward landed him on David Letterman’s late-night talk show. “Baby Talk” stars Tony Danza and Julia Duffy.
