Golden West Wins Two in Volleyball Tournament

Joli Eberhart had 22 kills in two matches to lead Golden West College to victories in the first two rounds of the Santa Barbara women’s volleyball tournament Saturday.

Eberhart had nine kills in Golden West’s 15-3, 15-1, 15-8, first-round victory over Santa Rosa, and she had 13 kills in a 15-8, 15-11, 15-4 victory over Cuesta in the second round. Golden West (8-0) is the second-ranked team in the state behind De Anza.
