Channel Islands 39, Simi Valley 12--Running back Pharoah Milner turned two broken plays into touchdown runs of 75 and 78 yards for the Raiders (4-3, 1-3).
Milner, who rushed for 185 yards in 15 carries, added a 27-yard punt return for a touchdown in the second quarter that gave Channel Islands a 19-12 lead.
