Free Dial-A-Ride Service in San Gabriel

Senior citizens and handicapped residents in San Gabriel will not have to pay to use the dial-a-ride service in December, said City Administrator Robert Clute.
The City Council approved waiving the 50-cent fee, which will cost the city about $1,000 for the month. There was good response to such a fee waiver last year, Clute said. “It is like a Christmas gift from the city to them,” he said.
