Galusha Gets New Senior V.P.

William J.P. Smith Jr. has been named senior vice president and director of public relations at Galusha & Associates, a Newport Beach advertising, marketing and public relations agency. Previously, he was a partner in his own business development firm, Smith, Goff Associates Inc. in Westlake. Earlier, Smith was a partner at Bedford Associates in New Canaan, Conn., and senior vice president at Michael-Cather, a public relations and advertising agency in New York.
