TRW Inc.: Net profit for the advanced technology products and information services firm declined 46% to $46 million in the third quarter. Sales were $2.01 billion, up 12% over the same period of last year. The Cleveland-based firm cited lower operating income, higher interest expense and a higher tax rate for the earnings decline.
