Times’ Paul Gledhill to Join Denver Paper
Paul R. Gledhill, vice president for production at The Times, will leave the newspaper Oct. 30 to join the Rocky Mountain News in Denver as vice president of operations.
Gledhill, 49, joined The Times in 1958 as a pressroom operator. He worked his way up through the ranks and was promoted to his current job in February.
Times Publisher and Chief Executive David Laventhol credited Gledhill with playing “a pivotal role†in the planning and construction of The Times’ plant in the San Fernando Valley and its new Olympic facility in downtown Los Angeles.
No replacement has been named.
