Hostages Crises in Two Cities

Following the McDonald’s restaurant hostage situation in La Verne, which ended with the perpetrators being arrested and all the hostages being freed unharmed, I expected to see pleased citizens carrying placards and demonstrating their support of our skilled police agencies.

Since I have yet to witness the show of support for our police, I would like to take this space to congratulate all the law enforcement personnel involved in that nasty situation.
