Improving Stock Image: Comarco Inc., an Anaheim Hills engineering and management services company, has hired Morgen-Walke Associates Inc. in San Francisco as its investor relations counsel.
Don Bailey, Comarco’s president, said he believes that the company’s stock, which is traded on the over-the-counter market, is undervalued.
Bailey said the company’s balance sheet has improved during the past few years.
For the six-month period ended July 29, Comarco reported earnings of $731,000 on revenue of $37 million, compared to earnings of $727,000 on revenue of $41.9 million a year earlier.
Bailey said Morgen-Walke has been hired to increase awareness of the company’s stock in the investment community.
