Calabasas 35, Moorpark 19--Calabasas quarterback Ron Adelman rushed for three touchdowns and two extra points and connected on a 38-yard scoring pass to lead the visiting Coyotes.

After falling behind, 13-0, Calabasas (2-3) scored 27 unanswered points behind Adelman and running back Damon Riggins. Riggins rushed 25 times for 220 yards, including 171 yards and a 75-yard touchdown in the second half.

Moorpark (3-2) closed to within eight points in the fourth quarter on Chris Peltonen’s second touchdown of the game, but the two-point conversion failed.
