Three Ways for Bruins to Get Back to the Top
Now that Homer Smith is firmly established once again as UCLA’s offensive coordinator, it is apparent that UCLA needs only three more things to be successful:
(1) A defensive coordinator.
(2) Redirection of Terry Donahue’s considerable recruiting skills (i.e., find somebody who can evaluate high school talent by some means other than reading Parade magazine).
(3) Finding Donahue something useful to do on Saturday afternoons (there must be some chalkboards that need cleaning).
