Investor Adds to Holdings in TransTechnology

A Hudson, Ohio, investor increased his holdings in TransTechnology Corp. to 5.1% of the Sherman Oaks-based company’s stock. It had been 3.9%.
Michael J. Berthelot, in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, said he bought an additional 41,800 shares of the company, which makes a variety of defense-related and industrial products.
Berthelot bought the shares between July 23 and Sept. 18 at prices ranging from $6.62 to $7.75 a share, the filing said. He now owns a total of 262,600 TransTechnology shares.
