MADELINE HUNTER
Hunter is a psychologist, not an educator. Worse yet, she is from the salivating-dog school of psychology. She told a group of us in Tulare, some 20 years ago, how she used the techniques she espouses to train the family dog. Apparently the story is still a regular part of her memorized repertoire. I think she missed her calling. What she has sold to an eager educational clientele is more appropriate for training dogs than teaching children.
