PARK-FLATION: If you’re heading for a state beach or park, take extra money. Fees are up statewide in hopes of plugging a $16-million hole in the state parks budgets. . . . Coastal campsites now cost $14 a night (up $2) and will cost $16 during the summers. Parking’s up $2 as well, now $6 a car. . . . Local rangers say there’s been remarkably little griping, probably because the county’s beaches and campsites are in such high demand. A suggested $2 fee on walk-ins and bicyclists wasn’t imposed here.
