CHEERS: Amy Apodaca didn’t wait for legal action when she was suspended Friday from the Dana Hills High School pep squad because of a haircut school officials considered extreme. The popular high school senior started a petition right away, and by midweek she had about 200 signatures. Apodaca said she didn’t have time or reason to give it to administrators, since she was reinstated Wednesday (B3). “Right now,” she says, “our main concern is football and basketball.”
