Circle K Corp.: The Phoenix-based convenience store company, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in May, reported a first-quarter net loss of $10.8 million. The company earned $7.6 million in the year-ago period. Revenue totaled $969.8 million, down 5%. The results reflected a charge of $4 million for reorganization expenses and the closing of nearly 350 stores since the company filed for Chapter 11 protection.
