This is a beautiful 1983 psychological study of a girl (Sonsoles Aranguren) coming of age during the Spanish Civil War doned girl in the provinces from the superb Spanish director Victor Erice. Her father is played by the fine Italian actor Omero Antonutti. Demanding but worth it.
