Good Morning Miriam: Miriam Hernandez, formerly at KCBS Channel 2 and KCOP Channel 13, has joined ABC’s “Good Morning America” as a feature reporter. Hernandez has also worked for the now-defunct “USA Today on TV,” CNN and San Diego’s KNSD.
