Honda Establishes Italian Subsidiary

TOKYO — Honda Motor Co. said it has established a wholly owned automobile import and sales subsidiary in Verona, Italy, to prepare and reinforce its sales system and facilities in the country.
The company said the $33.3-million firm, Honda Automobili Italia SpA, will start operation in October.
