Companies Recall Electrical Converters, Toys: The Consumer Product Safety Commission said about 12,000 power transformers were being recalled because of possible hazards. They were imported from Taiwan and bore the labels “Rocket,†“Seven Star,†“Saiko†or “Step Up/Step Down.†Four toys sold by House of Lloyd Inc. of Grandview, Mo., are being recalled because they present a choking hazard to young children. The toys, sold at home parties held by House of Lloyd salespeople, are the “Pull a Long Construction†train set; “Press N’ Go Choo Choo,†a plastic train, “June and Julie Musical Dolls†and “Motor Mouse.â€
