Culver City : 3 Plans for Drive-In Site
Three competing developers presented the Culver City Redevelopment Agency on Monday with revised plans for their proposed townhouse and condominium developments for the 9.5-acre Studio Drive-In site at Sepulveda and Jefferson boulevards.
The plans, originally presented to the agency in January, were revised after the developers were asked to consider reducing the density of their proposed projects.

Goldrich & Kest reduced its proposal, “Studio Park Village,†from 231 units to 196 units, including 103 townhouses, 42 condominiums and 51 senior citizen units. The estimated average cost per unit would be $281,000.
Watt Homes presented the least-dense proposal, “The Marquee,†which was reduced from 179 units to 177 units, including 94 townhouses, 32 condominiums and 51 units for senior citizens. Watt estimated its units would cost an average of $283,000.
