The NCAA has granted Kevin Singleton, the leukemia-stricken University of Arizona linebacker, a sixth year of eligibility, the Tucson Citizen reported.

Since the original diagnosis of leukemia 13 months ago, Singleton’s condition has gone into remission. He received a bone marrow transplant from his twin brother, Chris, in January.
