Charles Frederick Moorman, 42, of Oxnard has pleaded guilty in federal court to robbing the Security Pacific Bank on A Street in Oxnard on Nov. 9.

In a plea-bargain agreement, charges were dismissed in the robbery of two branches at the Bank of A. Levy, one at 2499 Harbor Blvd., Ventura, on Nov. 20 and the other at 143 W. 5th St., Oxnard, on Nov. 24, FBI spokesman Gary Auer said.

Moorman was linked to the Security Pacific robbery after he was identified by members of the public from bank surveillance photographs, Auer said.
