Quinton Takes VP Job at Hopkins Development

John E. Quinton has joined Hopkins Development Co. as executive vice-president of development.
Previously, he was managing partner for a 153-acre mixed-use business park in San Bernardino, a joint venture of Pacdevco and Rancon Financial Corp. Before that he was senior vice-president and director of real estate and development for Diversified Properties, Downey Savings & Loan and Far West Savings & Loan.
Hopkins Development, headquartered in Newport Beach, develops neighborhood and community shopping centers and mixed-use projects.
