Jack in the Box Oil Conversion: Foodmaker Inc. of San Diego said its Jack in the Box restaurants will convert to 100% vegetable oil cooking in August for health reasons. Jack in the Box is the fifth-largest hamburger chain, with 1,000 restaurants.
