The Barr-Mangled Banner: Roseanne Barr told a friendly audience in St. Paul, Minn., that she must be the “world’s greatest singer.” And why does she think that? “Because my voice can stop a . . . nation,” Barr said Saturday in her first public stage performance since her shrill rendition of “The Star-Spangled Banner” in San Diego. No hecklers or protesters were in the crowd of about 5,000 at the Riverfest outdoor stage at Harriet Island.
