El Toro Bicyclist Killed by Car on Coast Highway

LAGUNA BEACH — An El Toro man was killed Saturday when he was struck by a passing car while riding his bicycle on Coast Highway, authorities said.
James Robert Bain, 42, was hit while riding on a stretch of open road north of Laguna Beach, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Details of the accident and the name of the driver were not available.
