There have been quite a few occasions when I have disagreed with ratings TV Times has attached to certain movies. Knowing the subjective nature of such things, I usually ignored the discrepancies I felt existed.
However, on July 16 an old movie titled “Rock ‘n’ Roll High School” was given three checks, which according to your criterion, means “first rate.”
Much as I love rock ‘n’ roll, and as much as I enjoyed the juvenile nature of this film, by no stretch of the imagination could I say it was first rate.
I’m a little odd anyway so I do enjoy cheap movies on occasion, but I seriously would question your rating on this one, especially since some very good movies get a lower rating.
