Phyllis Dembowski has been appointed executive director of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Costa Mesa office. Prior to joining the executive search firm, she was a vice president with Shryock Lindell Co., a management consulting firm and before that, was a vice president with J.W. Bell & Co.
