Former Raider Rusty Hilger, who last week led the Oklahoma City Twisters to a 13-6 victory over the Fresno Bandits, was signed by the Seattle Seahawks.
Hilger played for Tom Flores, Seahawk president, with the Raiders from 1985-87.
The former Oklahoma State quarterback started nine games for the Detroit Lions in 1988, but was cut in preseason last year.
