Hilton Hotels Corp.: The Beverly Hills-based hotel company said second-quarter profit totaled $38.2 million, down 9% from the same period last year. Revenue rose 3% to $273.8 million. The company said a 3% increase in income from its hotels was offset by a 21% decline in income from its gaming operations.
