BANGKOK, Thailand — Thailand’s Fahlan Lookmingkwan retained his International Boxing Federation mini-flyweight crown today in a unanimous decision over seventh-ranked contender Joe Constantino of the Philippines.
Lookmingkwan improved his record to 15-1 by charging his opponent at the opening bell and slugging it out until the end of the 12-round bout.
