Golda Bernstein Wins Caltech Beckman Prize

Golda Bernstein, a junior majoring in applied mathematics at Caltech, has been awarded the $3,000 Mabel Beckman Prize for 1990.

The prize is presented to a junior or senior Caltech woman who “has achieved academic excellence and demonstrated outstanding leadership skills, a commitment to personal excellence, good character and a strong interest in the Caltech community.”
