Feinstein on Hiring Quotas
Feinstein’s plan to use quotas to fill jobs in her administration should disqualify her from holding the position of governor of California. I can think of nothing that would undermine the authority of state officials more than to have a quota system.
It is a totally unsupportable position and it strikes at the heart of our free society.
